Our Location:   Harpswell is a destination in itself, just 10 minutes from Brunswick, on the spectacular Maine coast. A mecca for artists and tourists for years , it's the perfect day trip or vacation spot. The town of Harpswell is an attractive, lively fishing village with many recreational opportunities .Summer Festivals and events often include large amounts of Maine lobster,  clams ,blueberry pie and local color.  It's a great central location for touring in the southern  midcoast area of  Maine. It's closest bordering neighbor is the town of  Brunswick which is home to Bowdoin College and the summer State of Maine Music Theatre.

Directions to The Black Sheep Wine Shop:   From downtown Brunswick take Route 123 South, near the Maine State Music Theater ( for reference it's on the further side of the Bowdoin College campus, Sills Drive becomes Rt. 123 ). Look for our red directional road sign and turn left onto Mountain Road at the flashing yellow light. Follow Mountain Rd. for 1/2 mile and turn left at our sign. We are 105 Mountain Rd.    From Route 1, take the Cook's Corner exit and drive south on Route 24 ( towards Orrs and Bailey Island) about 5 miles or 10 minutes. Look for our red directional road sign and turn right onto Mountain Road.  Only two miles and  just past the Harpswell town office you will drive over the Ewin Narrows bridge . We are immediately after this on the right -turn right at our sign. We are 105 Mountain Rd.

Harpswell has more shoreline coast than any other town in Maine!! Sailing,sport fishing,swimming, beachcombing,sea kayaking,seal and birdwatching,island and lighthouse cruises,lobster and working waterfront harbors,seaside rentals. Scenic drives - great for Fall foliage . Fresh lobster and seafood!!!
